Texas A&M University‑San Antonio is establishing a pool of pre‑qualified vendors to provide ongoing printing and copying services across the campus. The solicitation creates a “Master Order” framework so that individual print jobs (e.g., brochures, books, large‑format maps, color flyers) can be placed with any vendor in the pool without issuing separate bids each time. Vendors must be capable of offset, digital, and large‑production runs up to 100,000 units, and must meet tight color registration requirements.
