This contract establishes a three‑year cooperative procurement agreement (with up to three one‑year extensions) for the supply of athletic and physical‑education equipment and related supplies to Fauquier County Public Schools. The awardee, Gopher Sport, will provide a broad catalog of new, first‑class sports gear, PE equipment, coaching supplies, curriculum tools, and optional related items such as uniforms and fitness technology, with delivery to Virginia school sites. The agreement follows a competitive Sourcewell RFP process and includes standard insurance, safety, and compliance requirements for work on public‑school property. • Scope covers all categories of athletic and PE equipment, accessories, and optional services (installation, technology‑enhanced tools). • Base term runs 11/3/2025‑7/15/2028; three one‑year renewal options possible. • Payment terms: invoices payable within 45 days of receipt/acceptance; subcontractor payment within 7 days of owner payment. • Vendor must maintain workers’ comp, general liability, automobile and umbrella coverage (E&O waived by amendment). • Contract is administered by the Fauquier County Procurement Division and is available to any Sourcewell‑member entity.
