Description
The NIH is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price non‑competitive award to provide a 12‑month preventative maintenance service agreement for two Mosquito nanoliter liquid handling robots. The contract will be awarded to the OEM, SPT Labtech, and will cover scheduled preventive maintenance visits, unlimited emergency on‑site repairs, genuine OEM part replacements, factory calibration, cleaning, software upgrades, and related reporting. Work will be performed at NIH facilities in Bethesda, MD, and must comply with all FAR clauses and reporting requirements.
• One annual preventive‑maintenance visit per instrument (two instruments total).
• Unlimited emergency on‑site repair and part replacement using genuine OEM components.
• Full calibration, cleaning, software upgrades, and detailed service reports after each visit.
• Firm‑fixed‑price purchase order, non‑competitive sole‑source to SPT Labtech, with a 12‑month performance period.
