Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to perform annual service‑maintenance on its UM Blaze Light‑Sheet Microscope used by the Flow and Imaging Cytometry Core Facility. The work includes one scheduled on‑site maintenance visit per year, routine inspection, replacement of wear parts, repair services, phone support, and software updates, ensuring the instrument remains operational for ongoing research.
• Provide one (1) on‑site preventive maintenance visit annually within a 12‑month period.
• Offer phone support, routine inspection, wear‑part replacement, and repair services with parts and labor.
• Perform standard device software updates during preventive maintenance.
• Work must support time‑phased research activities across the NIH Intramural Research Program.
