Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver renewal mail‑tab envelopes (BDVR‑ENV‑7). Vendors must respond to four evaluation criteria: turnaround time after proof approval, location of printing (Michigan or elsewhere), willingness to hold pricing for 30 days, and relevant experience. The contract includes detailed standard terms covering delivery, risk of loss, inspection, payment, warranties, indemnification, and compliance with state laws. The vendor is responsible for packaging, freight, and shipping F.O.B. destination and must ensure all deliverables meet specifications and are accepted by the State.
