The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for a nationwide Xerox copier maintenance contract. The selected vendor will provide full‑service preventive maintenance, repair, and consumable supply management for 38 Xerox C8055HG multifunction devices located at VA Vet Centers and district offices across Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, and other states. The contractor must staff OEM‑certified technicians, maintain an inventory of parts and consumables, respond to service calls within four working hours, complete repairs within 24‑48 hours, conduct quarterly preventive‑maintenance visits, and deliver monthly consumables. The base period is one year starting 1 Dec 2026 with four optional one‑year extensions through 30 Nov 2031. No award will be made from this notice; responses are solely for market research.
