Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor (already holding a COTS 2012 contract) to provide the 1Password password‑management platform, including 75,000 business user licenses and 20 guest licenses for a 12‑month term, along with any required installation, training, and ongoing software maintenance. The procurement is conducted via an e‑procurement portal (eMMA) and is limited to existing Master Contractors who can submit a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 4 Nov 2026. Evaluation will be based primarily on price, and the award will be made to the most advantageous responsive and responsible contractor.
• 75,000 business user licenses (12‑month term)

• Installation and training services may be included but cannot exceed 49 % of total PORFP value
