Description
Huron Valley Schools, in partnership with the CoPro+ cooperative purchasing program, is seeking qualified vendors to provide football equipment, reconditioning, recertification, and related athletic equipment services on an as‑needed basis for schools statewide. The contract will be a three‑year statewide cooperative agreement with two optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must hold current NOCSAE licensing for helmet/faceguard work, supply three recent client references, and be able to perform site inspections, inventory tracking, repair, repainting, and final quality‑control inspections. No minimum purchase volume is guaranteed; vendors may be awarded by category and can submit additional athletic‑equipment offerings beyond football. Turn‑around expectations require equipment pickup by Dec 15 and return by May 1 each school year, with strict reporting and disposal procedures.
