Extended Open Instructional, Classroom, Athletic, & PE Supplies - Phase 2

Frisco Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for instructional materials, classroom supplies, Fine Arts equipment and supplies, athletic and physical education equipment, products, accessories, and related supplies. The requested goods may include, but are not limited to, the following categories: Instructional Materials, Classroom Supplies, Fine Arts, Athletics/Physical Education, and related accessories. The District anticipates FY26 and FY27 expenditures will be consistent with those of previous fiscal years, with a total budget of around $1,064,553 and $1,075,628, respectively. • The proposal process will be governed by the Texas Education Code (TEC) and other applicable Texas state statutes. • The evaluation procedure will consider factors such as purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods or services, and total long-term cost to the district. • The District reserves the right to cancel this RFP, accept or reject any proposal, and negotiate modifications in any terms of proposal.
