The City of Alexandria, LA seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a city‑wide high‑resolution orthophoto (0.6 in / 1.524 cm GSD) and a textured 3‑D mesh of the downtown area, plus individual georeferenced 3‑D models for each listed city‑owned building. The contractor must also design and execute a survey‑control plan with ≥ 30 independent checkpoints, provide open‑format deliverables, and be ready to perform mandatory emergency‑lifecycle imagery for any qualifying emergency during the contract term. The effort includes data acquisition (airborne or UAS), photogrammetric processing, quality assurance, and final delivery within a three‑year contract (with two optional one‑year renewals).
• Deliverables: natural‑color orthophoto, downtown 3‑D mesh, per‑building 3‑D models (base & optional high‑complexity), survey control documentation, and emergency acquisition services.
